Packaging
The HUE 2 Ambient RGB Lighting Kit comes in a nice retail package. On the front there is a photo of the kit in action.
Flipping over to the back there is quite a lot of detail on the kit and NZXT’s CAM software.
Getting everything out of the box we have the RGB strips, controller, USB cable, power cable, two RGB extensions, two RGB angle connectors, cleaning wipes, and a user’s guide. NZXT offers the kit in two different versions. One for 21-25 and 34-35-inch displays that comes with 2x 300mm, 4x 250mm, and 2x 200mm strips. And a second for 26-32-inch screens that comes with 4x 300mm and 4x 250mm strips.
The controller itself is pretty decently sized. All of the connections are on the bottom edge. They include two RGB connections, microUSB, and power.
