This drive is a 100% in-house drive from Crucial so the controller as well as the NAND are made by Crucial / Micron. So we have Micron’s 176-layer TLC NAND matched with their proprietary NVMe controller. Crucial rates this drive with sequential speeds of 6600 MB/s read and 5000 MB/s write.
